Entries are tracked per Entrant using one verified email address. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or other automated means are void.
5. Odds of Winning. ODDS OF WINNING DEPEND UPON THE TOTAL NUMBER OF ELIGIBLE ENTRIES RECEIVED DURING THE ENTRY PERIOD. Each Entrant’s odds of winning are determined by dividing the number of eligible entries held by that Entrant by the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
6. Prizes. One winner will receive a trip for Winner and one guest to attend an Orlando music festival scheduled for November 6 through 8, 2026. The prize consists of two festival passes valid November 6 through 8, 2026, two round trip economy airline tickets from a major commercial airport reasonably near Winner’s residence to Orlando, Florida, three hotel nights from November 6 through November 9, 2026, double occupancy, round trip airport transportation, round trip transportation between the hotel and festival, and a cash amount equal to any remaining portion of the $4,000 prize value after Sponsor pays the cost of the other prize components. The cash amount will vary based on the actual cost of the other prize components, including the applicable festival pass tier, and may be $0. If both Winner and Guest are at least 21 years old as of November 6, 2026, Sponsor will provide VIP passes. If either Winner or Guest is between 18 and 20 years old, Sponsor will provide general admission passes. Winner and Guest must each be at least 18 years old. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) is $4,000. Sponsor may, at its sole discretion, substitute a $4,000 cash payment for the entire prize. Sponsor may make that substitution when it determines that travel or lodging cannot reasonably be arranged before the scheduled travel dates. Insomniac Holdings LLC is an unaffiliated third party and does not sponsor, endorse, or administer the Sweepstakes. Sponsor is not affiliated with any festival, festival promoter, ticket issuer, or venue. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable. Income taxes on the prize are solely the responsibility of the Winner.
7. Selection & Notification of Winners. The winner will be determined by random drawing conducted on or about October 27, 2026, from a single combined pool of all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Before the drawing, Sponsor will publish the random seed used for the drawing. The drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designated representative using a random number generator or similar method of random selection. Each eligible entry has an equal probability of selection.
Winners will be notified via email using the verified email address provided at the time of entry within one business day of the drawing. Winners may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, and, where lawful, a Publicity Release, together with a completed IRS Form W-9, within forty-eight (48) hours after notification. The Winner has forty-eight (48) hours after notification to claim the prize. Failure to timely return the documents and/or requested information, the return of any prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or Sponsor’s determination that a Winner is ineligible shall result in forfeiture of the prize. One (1) alternate winner will then be selected by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries. The alternate winner must complete the required claim documents within twenty-four (24) hours after notification. If the alternate winner fails to do so, the prize will remain un-awarded. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
8. Prize Delivery. Sponsor will deliver or arrange for delivery of each prize as soon as reasonably practicable after Sponsor’s receipt of the Winner’s completed and signed claim documents and before the scheduled travel dates.
9. Taxes. The valuation of the prize stated above is based on reasonably available information provided to the Sponsor. The value of all prizes awarded to a Winner will be reported for tax purposes as required by law. Each Winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes. Entrants winning $2,000 or more in prizes in a calendar year will receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC at the end of the calendar year, and a copy of such form will be filed with the IRS. A completed IRS Form W-9 is required as a condition of receiving any prize.

13. Limitations of Liability, Release & Force Majeure. Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, and any third-party platform where the Sweepstakes may be promoted are not responsible for: (i) technical problems or technical malfunction which may affect the operation of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to any of the following occurrences: (a) hardware or software errors; (b) faulty computer, telephone, cable, satellite, network, electronic, wireless or Internet connectivity or other online communication problems; (c) errors or limitations of any Internet service providers, servers, hosts, or providers; (d) garbled, jumbled, or faulty data transmissions; failure of any e-mail transmissions to be sent or received; (ii) lost, late, delayed, or intercepted transmissions; (iii) inaccessibility of any website, in whole or in part for any reason, or traffic congestion on the Internet; (iv) unauthorized human or non-human intervention of the operation of the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, unauthorized tampering, hacking, theft, virus, bugs, worms; (v) destruction of any aspect of the Sweepstakes, or loss, miscount, misdirection, inaccessibility, or unavailability of an account used in connection with the Sweepstakes; (vi) any typographical errors in the announcement of prizes or these Official Rules, or any inaccurate or incorrect data contained on any website; or (vii) any personal injury or property damage or losses of any kind which may be sustained to an Entrant or to any other person arising out of or relating to participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor, Sponsor’s affiliates, Insomniac Holdings LLC, an unaffiliated third party, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., X Corp., and TikTok, and each of the foregoing’s respective subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, and each of the foregoing’s respective past and present officers, directors, owners, shareholders, members, managers, partners, principals, employees, attorneys, insurers, agents, and representatives (collectively “Released Parties”) shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience, or other irregularity that may be caused or contributed to (i) by any wrongful, negligent, or unauthorized act or omission of Entrant or any third party; or (ii) by any cause, condition, or event beyond the control of the Released Parties, including, without limitation, any act of God, war, pandemic, epidemic, terrorism, riot, water, hurricane, or fire.
BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY, FULLY, AND UNCONDITIONALLY RELEASES, DISCHARGES, AND HOLDS HARMLESS EACH RELEASED PARTY FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, COSTS, LOSSES, EXPENSES, ATTORNEY’S FEES, DAMAGES, AND OTHER LIABILITIES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ENTRANT’S PARTICIPATION IN THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND SWEEPSTAKES-RELATED ACTIVITIES (SUCH AS ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, MISUSE, OR NON-USE OF ANY PRIZE), INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, DEMANDS, CLAIMS, AND CAUSES OF ACTION FOR NEGLIGENCE, DAMAGES TO PROPERTY, BODILY INJURY (INCLUDING DEATH), PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOSS OF CONSORTIUM, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, PUNITIVE DAMAGES, AND ALL OTHER FORMS OF CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, AND DAMAGES.
Entrant acknowledges that Entrant has read and understands Section 1542 of the California Civil Code, which provides as follows: "A general release does not extend to claims that the creditor or releasing party does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release and that, if known by him or her, would have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor or released party." Entrant, being aware of Section 1542, knowingly and voluntarily waives every right and benefit Entrant has or may have under Section 1542, and under any comparable statute, rule, or common law principle of any other jurisdiction, to the full extent that those rights and benefits may lawfully be waived. Entrant understands that this waiver means the release in this Section 13 covers claims Entrant does not know or suspect to exist at the time of entry, including claims that would have affected Entrant's decision to enter the Sweepstakes had they been known, and Entrant accepts the risk that the facts turn out to be different from what Entrant now believes. Entrant intends this waiver as a bargained-for term of participation and not as a recital.
14. Arbitration; Dispute Resolution. All disputes arising under or related to these Official Rules shall be governed by and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of Texas and the United States of America without regard for conflicts of laws principles. All disputes arising under or relating to these Official Rules shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, and any award shall be confirmed exclusively in the courts situated in Harris County, Texas. Entrant further irrevocably agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts situated in Harris County, Texas for the purposes of reviewing, confirming, or otherwise relating to any arbitration award, and Entrant hereby irrevocably waives jurisdiction and venue in any other forum for such purposes. Any arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association. Any decision or award as a result of any such arbitration proceeding shall be in writing and shall provide an explanation for all findings of fact and conclusions of law, and shall be kept confidential and not disclosed for any purpose except as required by law, e.g., disclosure to tax advisors for the purpose of filing a tax return. Any such arbitration shall include a written record of the arbitration hearing.
15. Waiver of Jury Trial; No Class Actions. ARBITRATION MUST BE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS. YOU MAY NOT JOIN OR CONSOLIDATE CLAIMS OR PARTIES IN ARBITRATION, OR LITIGATE IN COURT OR ARBITRATE ANY CLAIMS AS A REPRESENTATIVE OR MEMBER OF A CLASS OR IN A PRIVATE ATTORNEY GENERAL CAPACITY, AND YOU HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE ANY RIGHT YOU MAY HAVE TO FILE ANY SUCH CLAIM OR PARTICIPATE IN ANY PROCEEDING IN ANY SUCH CAPACITY. YOU FURTHER HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.
