- Washington consumers can use the same methods to withdraw consent for future collection or sharing where consent is the basis for processing and to request deletion of consumer health data.
- If we deny a request, consumers can use email at support@beatwatch.app and the appeal form at https://beatwatch.app/privacy-choices to appeal that decision. If we deny the appeal, we will provide an online mechanism, if available, or another method for contacting the Washington Attorney General.
